Early registration is live for the 2025 Shamrock Run Walk. Register 3 or more and save even more with a family discount to participate in the 4- Mile Shamrock Run & Walk on Saturday, March 15th.

GROUP
Join us for the 32nd Annual Shamrock Run & Walk. The starting line is located at the IFD Union Hall at 748 Massachusetts Avenue at St. Clair and College. The course will run north through the Old Northside neighborhood before turning back south towards downtown. The new finish line is at the Bottleworks District on Carrollton Avenue. There will be a post-race celebration with a live entertainment stage, beer garden and food available in the Garage. The post-race celebration is FREE and open to the public starting at 11:00am.
AWARDS
Competitive awards for the Run only. The top three (3) male and female finishers in the Run are awarded medals. The top three in each of the age categories will receive medals: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+. Multiple prizes will be given out to those Irish costumes that stand out.
CAUSE
Proceeds will benefit amateur sports organizations in central Indiana. Check out the 2023 grant recipients. Grant applications are being accepted.
ENTERTAINMENT
IFD Union Hall (748 Mass Ave) during registration (9:30am - 11:00am). There will be a stage and post-race celebration on Carrollton Avenue located at the Bottleworks District starting at 11:00am.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The Bottleworks District will host a beer garden and food will be available in the Garage.
GEAR CHECK
There will be a gear check inside the Union Hall on Mass Ave

Free parking at Circle City Industrial Complex parking lot (1400 E. 12th Street)

REST AND RECOVERY
The event will provide free fruit, water and cookies at the finish line.
TIMING
The run is chip timed and the walk will be clock timed. Results will be posted after the event. Timing and scoring provided by Tuxedo Brothers Management.

ARE STROLLERS ACCEPTED?
Strollers are accepted. The parent will be asked to sign a waiver for the child. Kids ages five (5) and under are free.
WHERE ARE THE RESTROOMS LOCATED?
Restrooms are located outside by the starting line on St. Clair and inside the IFD Union Hall. Restrooms on the course will be located near the mile markers. There will be outside restrooms at the finish line on Carrollton and inside the Garage.
AM I GUARANTEED A SHIRT AT THE RACE?
Pre-registered runners are guaranteed a shirt. We do not guarantee a shirt the day of the event. We do provide them first come first serve for those the register on-site if available. No discounts apply on race day if we run out of shirts if you did not pre-register.
IS THERE A GEAR CHECK ON SITE?
There is a GEAR CHECK on the first floor of the IFD Union Hall - 748 Mass Avenue
HOW DOES THE TIMING WORK FOR THE RACE?
The run is chip-timed. The walk is clock-timed.

You are allowed to pick up a friend's packet.
